Fed: Average weekly wages rise 1.2 pct to $848.60: ABS

CANBERRA, Feb 21 AAP - The wages of the average full-time adult worker rose by morethan $10 per week to $848.60 in the three months to November, official figures showedtoday.

Allowing for seasonal influences, adult weekly ordinary time earnings (AWOTE) climbed1.2 per cent in the quarter and 5.8 per cent for the year, the Australian Bureau of Statisticssaid.
